to remember. Cameron Lewark, owner and head chef, started his career in the culinary world when he was 19 years old, working for Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. During Cameron’s tenure, Wolfgang Puck has become one of the world leaders in the culinary world, opening 28 restaurants worldwide. Cameron apprenticed in total 20 years under James Beard Award winning Chef Lee Hefter at Pucks’s Granita restaurant in Mailbu, and Spago Beverly Hills and in 2001 opened Spago at the Four Seasons, Maui. In 2010, Cameron was voted Chef of the Year on Maui. In 2013, Cameron was awarded as a Star Chefs of Hawaii. The father of 2 young children, he is a family man and loves to be home with his wife, kids and dog, Lilikoi. Cameron is dedicated to the creativity of his menu, bringing only the best fresh local ingredients, some pacific rim influence, while blending his native roots of California Cuisine.
