Thank you so much, , for visiting us! 🥰🙏✨
My favorite kind of breakfast 🍜
I’ve been wanting to try Hon’s Wun-Tun Noodle Soup in San Francisco for a while now after seeing it all over my feed—and since I love a good noodle soup for breakfast, this was high on my list 🍜✨
We first went to the Washington St. location, and around 11 AM it was still pretty quiet… but by noon, it completely filled up! So we ended up heading over to their Kearny St. spot, which I believe is the older location. They’re only about a 3-minute walk apart, and honestly, the food looked exactly the same—maybe even made in the same kitchen 😂
🥟 Wun-Tun Noodle Soup — The star of the show! I really liked how the broth was super clean yet still savory and flavorful. You can tell there’s not a lot of fat, which makes it light but comforting. The wun-tuns were nice and bouncy, with thin wrappers and lots of flavor inside.
🍜 Spicy Beef Noodle Soup — Rich, warm, with a nice kick of spice. Perfect for a chilly SF morning.
🥢 Sesame Peanut Rice Rolls — These were so good. Covered in sesame and hoisin sauce with a bit of chili—really fresh and flavorful. I’d 100% order these again.
🥒 Cucumber Salad — Super refreshing and crisp, a great way to balance out all the warm dishes.
🐖 Barbecue Pork — Sadly, this one was a miss for me. It was pretty dry compared to everything else.
✨ What we ordered:
🥒 Cucumber Salad
🐖 BBQ Pork (a little dry)
🥜 Peanut Hoisin Rice Rolls
🥟 Wun-Tun Noodle Soup
🍖 Wun-Tun Noodle Soup w/ Braised Beef
🌶️ Spicy Beef Noodle Soup
Overall, I totally get the hype—a comforting bowl of wonton noodles in the heart of Chinatown hits every time. Definitely a must-try spot if you love Hong Kong–style noodle soups!
