🍷 calls for Barolo this Sunday - With two fantastic examples of the 2012 vintage by Fratelli Brovia, a noteworthy and family operated estate that was founded in 1863. Extreme care and craftsmanship goes into creating their wines, as they harvest by hand, produce organically, and have tended to their vineyards for generations. Their Baroli are then aged for two years in Slavonian and French oak casks. The end result is stunning -the only thing that can make their wine more incredible is some fabulous food. Order a bottle, have it decanted; then enjoy it with our Perigold Black Truffle Risotto - And yes we still have truffles!
