Le Boncie, ‘Le Trame’ Sangiovese is today’s favorite. Winemaker Giovanna Morganti was gifted 3 hectares of land by her legendary father in Castelnuovo Beradegna, Tuscany. Since then she has quickly made a name for herself. 🍷

with a bottle of Ferrando Nebbiolo. Produced from vines exclusively grown beneath the Monte Bianco in the Carema appellation. Aged for 30 to 36 months in stainless steel then barrel, and aged a minimum of 4 years before being released. This is a fantastic wine to pair with our Black Truffle specials this evening. Available in both a standard 750ml bottle and a magnum - for when one bottle isn’t quite enough. 🍷

🍷 calls for Barolo this Sunday - With two fantastic examples of the 2012 vintage by Fratelli Brovia, a noteworthy and family operated estate that was founded in 1863. Extreme care and craftsmanship goes into creating their wines, as they harvest by hand, produce organically, and have tended to their vineyards for generations. Their Baroli are then aged for two years in Slavonian and French oak casks. The end result is stunning -the only thing that can make their wine more incredible is some fabulous food. Order a bottle, have it decanted; then enjoy it with our Perigold Black Truffle Risotto - And yes we still have truffles!
