Our main focus is to serve our customer with the tastiest and freshest peruvian dishes they ever experience. We love what we do, giving our customer a taste of Peru without actually fly

Food truck business is starting to bloom, we understand that people spend a lot of money going out and trying different type of food, at here in El Calamar we try to make sure that our customers get what they are paying for, with a fair portions and an outstanding taste. We challenge our future customers to try our dishes whether you are familiar with peruvian cuisine or you have never try one in your life time, to compare our food with your previous experience at your last Peruvian restaurants.
