Raid the Cellar comes to a close the way it should. Tonight, we’re pouring two Brunello bottles from Pietroso, a small family estate in Montalcino farming three parcels of old vine Sangiovese.

Tonight at Delfina: the release of Orso Rosso Pinot Noir 2024, made with grapes from Teddy Vineyards in Sonoma in collaboration with Seth Rubin. Crafted with Belen Ceja, the wine brings bright fruit and warm Sonoma Valley character.

We’re also joined by Mike Harden of , sharing their latest drop—Yes Chef and Girl Dinner prerolls, low THC, high CBD, and made with evenings like this in mind. We’ll have non-medicated samples (license restrictions) alongside a few pantry items to taste.

Drinks and snacks all evening. No reservations needed.

This week, Delfina turns 27, and we’re celebrating in step with peak truffle season. Highlights include: 

Uovo in Taleggio - poached FCF eggs, Burgundy truffle
Handcut Tajarin - Red Cow parmigiano, Strauss butter, Acqualagna white truffles 
Risotto Milanese - oxtail sugo, bone marrow, saffron
Guinea Hen Ballotine - celery root mantecato, Burgundy truffle

We’ll also be pouring the Delfina 27, our anniversary aperitivo of Sirene Americano Rosso, Sicilian strawberry, lime, and Faccia Brutto amaro. 
A toast to our team and to everyone who has taken a seat at our table.

🚨Latke Lovers 🚨. Starting November 26, our crispy potato  latkes return for the holidays!Available to be ordered by the dozen or by our  Latke Packages to take things up a notch: add on Gravenstein Apple-Quince Conserva, Crème Fraîche, Gingrass Smoked Steelhead Lox, or  beeswax menorah candles.
