Poc chuc is one of the favorite traditional Yucatecan dishes. The name comes from the Mayan “pook” which means “roast” and “chuuk” which means “charcoal”.

At Tommy’s, we serve this dish as slices of broiled pork with roasted tomato salsa, pickled red onions and tortillas.
