Finally made it to Soma Food court in San Francisco. It is home to multiple restaurants-two of which are 100% gluten free!

🥗Moonbowls moonbowls and Ben’s Fast Food both have fresh, healthy food. All dishes are gluten-free.

🥙There are MANY plant based and vegetarian/vegan options. All dishes at Ben’s are dairy-free as well. Budget-friendly. Both reataurants have multiple locations.

It is rare to see the words “100% gluten-free” and “Italian restaurant” in the same sentence! But here we have it!!!! A 100% gluten-free Italian restaurant in Los Gatos, California. I have heard great things already about this new dining spot that is dedicated gluten-free! Can’t wait to try it!!! Next time you are in the San Francisco Bay area or Silicon Valley…Check them out!!!

With focaccia this good, at Polenteria in Los Gatos, who needs wheat?

Stopped by Biscuits & Buns LLC yesterday to check out this new concept of a shop. We have been trying for ages to get there and finally made it! Well worth the trip! The biscuits were amazing!

They are currently available in the SF bay area but the next step will be shipping due to their popularity!

🍀It is a woman-owned establishment. Love this fact!

🍀It opened during the pandemic-not an easy task, so please support her shop! Would love to see her product in some of the other SF bay area gluten-free establishments!

Catching up on my posts of my gluten-free finds on the Big island of Hawaii. Tai Shan Farms is a dedicated gluten-free kitchen/restaurant/food stand serving tacos, sandwiches,burgers, baked goods and more! We found them at the Artisan Market in Kona but they also have a location in Ocean View, a city about 45 min south of Kona on the highway to Volcano National Park. Give them a try!

100% gluten free with keto and vegan options as well. Gotta love when when you walk in the door and are greeted with “Everything is gluten free and let me know any other dietary restrictions you have if any and I will walk you through what we have”. How amazing is that?!!

The owner Susan is so lovely and will take special orders for other dietary accommodations.
Order ahead if you are visiting to assure they have what you want. Love this place and the staff!
