I am so blessed to be able to have such great people around me.
The experience I had today at the tv station was something I will probably only see once in a lifetime. It was something that was like watching an orchestra make beautiful music.
Thank you to the staff NBC BAY AREA for all that you do and how smooth you make it look. I was mesmerized by every detail and every bright smile 🥰. And thank you for trying my flavors !

Slow progress is still progress!
I feel like I’m right where I need to be.
A brachial plexus injury involving 3 bulging cervical disc, both rotator cuffs and nerve entrapments in both my arms.
The road to recovery…
Finally.
Please! Don’t sleep on hand injuries it could be in your neck and shoulders! You know your body.

Dinner was an easy put together ! Fresh and nutritious
It started off with me making and avocado, cucumber and tomato side salad. I made a vinaigrette to mix. Then i added olives. Then I added shredded lettuce to soak up the juices. Then I said why not add some fresh broccoli I had steaming and a couple small potatoes. Kind of like a mix between a Greek and a nicoise. I served it with sourdough toast and a piece of chicken on top. Really tasty and took less than 10 min to put together
