fresh halibut, shrimp, red onion, avocado, fresh corn, sweet potato, leche de tigre. Pro tip use the leche de tigre to chase a shot of mezcal. We recommend the Mezcal Amarás, Cupreata, which is an artisanal, organic, and kosher joven (unaged) mezcal made from 100% Agave Cupreata harvested in the Rio Balsas basin, Guerrero, Mexico.
