The West Coast’s first Nikkei Handroll Bar has arrived on Union Street — the neighborhood where KAIYŌ’s story first began. Bold Peruvian Nikkei flavors meet Japanese precision and the street energy of Osaka in a lively, playful setting that perfectly matches the spirit of Cow Hollow.

Join us nightly for seasonal handrolls made with rice, crisp nori and exceptionally fresh seafood. Enjoy them at the bar or experience our signature tableside service from our handroll carts.
