We’re extremely excited to welcome Chef Landa to the Outerlands kitchen. You might recognize Chef from her incredibly successful Good Bird pop-ups at Outerlands. Before that she was in kitchens from Nopa to Cotogna, and a stretch in Italy.

Her first menu lands this Saturday, December 13th, a brunch built on everything we love: seasonal ingredients, rustic technique, and dishes that make you want to linger a little longer.

1 - CHEF!!!
2 - congee: togarashi chard, chicken bone broth, jammy egg, ginger, chive, bacon, chili
3 - fried pistachio mortadella sandwich: fried egg, provolone, whole grain mustard, brioche bun, pickles
4 - castelvetrano olive focaccia
5 - spiced pumpkin bread with whipped crème fraîche
