Fall is here, and so is the Fall Spice Latte 🍂☕ (our version of the seasonal fave, PSL)

Cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger. That’s the whole list, and we make the syrup ourselves, like we do with every syrup on our bar. Real spices, steeped in a syrup and served as a sweetener or even added to a cold foam!

Pillow Fight Espresso is invigorating and bittersweet with soft edges - you guessed it, like a pillow fight!

Natural process Brazil from the Cerrado region is blended with a Central American coffee and one from Ethiopia Sidama. PF is roasted a bit slower than others to mitigate acidity and play up its smooth sweetness.

Tried and tested by thousands of baristas (home and pro), this blend is super user-friendly. You can dial it in immediately.

Same beans we pull on Union Street, same Pillow Fight, now with a whole lot more room to sit.

SUMMER SODIES won’t be around forever - that’s how the seasons work. turn turn turn
Come through before the end of August to get yours: housemade vanilla and brown sugar syrups, a fresh cracked can of Fever Tree Soda water, Pillow Fight Espresso or MATCHAFUL matcha + a creamy fog topper (heavy dairy cream or velvety coconut) made with vanilla syrup.
….when summer is over, so are the sodies, and then we go full throttle on PSL 🤫

Enjoying a cup of coffee at the WB Union St parklet sounds pretty delightful right now. This lil vid shows how quickly and efficiently it was installed. The neighborhood is getting involved! Summer Sodies are here. These delicious refreshers are made with a brown sugar vanilla syrup, soda water, and vanilla fog (aka creamy cold foam)
Take your pick from espresso or matcha + 🐮 dairy or vegan 🥥 coconut fog
They’re only available until the end of August, so don’t miss them!

Come through for a Roses Latte, Rose Cold Fog (foam) on your iced brew or a lil rosey matcha
ALL of our syrups are house-made. This seasonal syrup is made from organic cane sugar and Dried rose petals (food grade which means they are imminently edible, darlings!)
