Chef Marc Zimmerman returns to his roots with Superprime Steakhouse - a modern steakhouse built on fire, flavor, and a deep love for beef from farmers across the U.S., Australia, and Japan.

Opening July 18, Superprime Steakhouse will feature a bold menu of Snacks, Chilled & Raw, Not Steak (like the Superprime Burger + Marinated Duck Breast), Steaks + Roasts, Japanese + domestic Wagyu, and seasonal Sides - all cooked over live fire.

You’ll even see a few Yokai favorites back on the table: Uni Toast, Hokkaido-style milk buns, and signature skewers. Until then, we’re still serving the Yokai menu through 7/17- come join us before the next chapter begins. Reservations for Yokai and Superprime Steakhouse are available.
