Honoring the legacy of Pastry Chef Heather Ho. 🤍

Heather Ho had already made her mark at some of New York and San Francisco’s most celebrated restaurants, including Boulevard before joining the team at Windows on the World in 2001, where her career came to an abrupt and tragic end.

For the month of September, we’re remembering Heather's creativity by offering her signature dessert, Lemon–Caramel Icebox Cake. We look forward to sharing a piece of her culinary legacy with you this month.
