Our August menu has officially landed at Bouche, celebrating everything we love about the season: heirloom tomatoes 🍅, zucchini, duck confit, sweet cherries 🍒, fresh figs, and beautiful local ingredients at their peak.

One isn’t better than the other—they simply reflect different sides of who we are.

Bouche and Galinette are the balance of our lives: as chefs, as parents, and as human beings. One is our first love, the other our youngest adventure. Together, they tell our story.

Our baby sister Galinette is celebrating 2 years, and Bouche will turn 15 years this December.

Time flies. Build what you love. Enjoy life, enjoy each other… and don’t forget to take care of yourself along the way. ❤️
