We have been blessed… two new drops at Pinhole! so kindly helped us bring mochi back in the shop, creating a gluten free mochi butter muffin just for us 😍 Along with that our barista Maddie has created a beautiful warm Golden Milk Latte Turmeric for inflammation.
Ginger for the gut.
Black pepper to activate it.
Cinnamon to keep you balanced.
She’s warm, grounding, and glowy. Good on her own or dirty with a shot of espresso. 🌈

Our new pour over offering from Onyx Coffee Lab is live. This Kenyan Natural process coffee is drinkable and full-flavored with notes of blackberry, melon, dark chocolate and raisin. An easy-sipper, it tastes good with or without milk added.

This natural lot from Elshadai Estate in Kiambu County may mark the farm’s final harvest, as rising land value near Nairobi threatens its future. Discovered by Kenyan coffee professional Judy Murimi, the coffee underwent an estimated two-day anaerobic fermentation before drying on raised beds. With layered sweetness and gentle fruit complexity, it offers a compelling profile while being a tribute to a disappearing coffee landscape.

Our pinhole sized cafe stands in solidarity with the brave and righteous people of Minneapolis exercising their Constitutional and Human Rights. 

Fri, Jan 30th we will be donating a percentage of our sales to  who “works to educate the community about immigration matters and advocates for public policies which respect the universal human rights of immigrants.” In addition, we will donate to , “a collaboration of legal organizations dedicated to responding to ICE activity through quick action, attorney activation and wrap-around services.” If you choose to visit us on Friday, we encourage you to pay with cash rather than card.
