Walking around Paris with Richard one day, we saw a line coming out of a shop. It turned out to be a shop that sold only French milk bread, and meringues filled and frosted with butter cream. Nothing else. I bought the bread and ate a whole loaf in about 15 minutes. I knew I had to make it when I got home. I found a great recipe and it really turned out well.
