Sanskrit literature, from which Ruchi originates, defines the six tastes of life to be sweet, salt, sour, chilli hot, bitter, and tart. The tastes of Ruchi are a collection of simple home-style flavors primarily from Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in the south of India. Our recipes have been carefully passed from generation to generation, with each new set of hands intent on pr
