Asiento, the Spanish word for "seat," is a neighborhood bar (21+) welcoming Mission residents and faraway friends alike to sit back, relax, and enjoy delicious drinks and tapas together. Warm and cozy, our atmosphere is the perfect spot for spending an evening with friends. Our favorite Latin Funk Band is back this Friday 7/31 at 8:30pm. Come in for fun! Free but the band loves tips. Inside doors open at 8pm (parklet open at 5!).

We have a private birthday event from 5-8 inside the bar. It will be beautiful Friday so the parklet will be awesome at 5 and the spot to be!

Cumbia Night tonight Saturday 7/18. Free before 1030 and $10 after. First time we had to think about a door charge. The DJs are fantastic and in order to pay them enough, with the drop in drinking revenue, we are going to try this. We tried asking people that are only drinking water to at least tip the DJs, but no one did. Thanks for your support- see you tonight before 1030 if you would like free entry. And we have heaters out if you want a late meal in the parklet and avoid the door charge.

Looks like the forecast today calls for some serious happy hour beer storms rolling in around 5:00pm! Come for Happy Hour (HH snack special pictured) and stay for the game! We do show the game on our TV at the end of the bar. And you can avoid the sports in the main part of the bar (or parklet). We have a place for everyone.
