t Rouge, we do that for over 240 years. With a traditional approach to bread making, we use French ingredient, from the butter to flours, completely free from additives and preservatives. By doing this, our bakers have the ability to give each loaf the same level of attention that a baker would have hundreds of years ago.

Almost 5 years that Le Chat Rouge first store in USA, San Francisco has been closed... And 5 years after, the location, has not changed even in colors... 5 years, and no one has rent this location... 5 years of lost of rent for the landlord.... Sad that people can reach a honest and loyal agreement.

Anyway, Le Chat Rouge, still offering 8 locations worldwide where our loyal customers can still have their fresh baking goods... San Francisco has been a beautiful adventure anyway.. Surely too much trouble between, rent and health department which are completely out of their mind, surely too much corruption, but we met great people in this city, we had the chance to live the dream, we had the chance to share with amazing human being priceless moment, and even if this venture has been close with the city of San Francisco forever, we are not regretting a single moment of our time there. It was fun, it was difficult, but he has to be done.. it's done, and we are opening so many new chapter worldwide...

Le Chat Rouge, will be open tomorrow November 24th for the thanksgiving day from 7:00am to 1:00pm. French bread, Bistro Savory, Macarons, and all of kind of baking goods will be ready to celebrate this special day.
