New Year’s Eve Plans? We have you covered with Chef ’s festive Cook For You Experience as well as Fireworks at Midnight! As always, each course is touched by fire and intended to be shared. On this special evening, highlights will include Urchin Toast, Antelope Tartare, Embered Oysters, Scallops with Hedgehog Mushrooms, Lobster Rice, Ribeye with Black Truffle, a very special Chestnut Mont Blanc, and more.

The second seating will also include a complimentary midnight Champagne toast and majestic fireworks view!
