As some of you may know, starting June 15th, businesses are to be back to "normal" which means bars will no longer need food to open indoors. So this upcoming week will be our last at Karl's Beacon.
The last few years have been a quite an experience from dealing with the craziness and politics of owning a brick and mortar in The Tenderloin to maneuvering thru the pandemic along side Karl's Beacon. It wasn't just the pandemic that caused us to leave empty handed, it was also the homeless situation that was made worse by the pandemic and lack of assistance from the city.
I want to thank
for the past year and giving us another lifeline. And to everyone from the staff at Tesla to the folks from the federal building to the new friends we made at Karls Beacon this past year. Thank you all for your support.
I'm not sure what's next for The Pork Exchange. We're hoping that we can secure some grants before we can make any decisions.
Until then, please keep supporting Karl's Beacon and local businesses. Thanks again for all the love and support thru the years.
