Our Mushu is a vegetable-forward dish featuring beech and maitake mushrooms, cabbage, jicama, and braised burdock. It’s topped with steamed egg and celery leaves and served with pancakes.

The Lantern Festival marks the 15th and final day of , celebrating hopes for a happy, healthy, and prosperous year ahead. During the festival, it’s tradition to indulge in tang yuan, or Chinese glutinous rice dumplings, which symbolize harmony, unity, and good fortune.

Ours are filled with black sesame and topped with freshly grated asian pears and a mixture of sweet fermented rice, fresh chopped ginger, and toasted, black sesame. A few drops of ginger tea finish the dish.
