Pandan Coconut

The drink that started as a special then eventually became a staple on our menu. Coconut milk sweetened with coconut condensed milk topped with a Pandan concentrate. Add espresso or matcha if you please

This drink is a nostalgic drink of mine. It reminds me of the coconut Pandan desserts growing up

Blueberry Lattes has officially made it back on the menu and it is the perfect treat! If you didn’t know, we make all of our syrups in house and the blueberry syrup is made with fresh blueberries. Add matcha or espresso for that extra boost

FOCACCIA

On Tuesdays, we sell slices of a large format focaccia. This week we are back to our potato focaccia with chili oil. It’s vegan friendly and packs a lot of flavors with our sourdough focaccia

Everyday our first tray of focaccia (if the weather is on our side) typically comes out at 8:30am. The classic focaccia we’ve had since opening is a tomato rosemary focaccia with or without cheese. Without cheese is vegan!

Our starter for the focaccia was created the same time Telescope was and we are about to celebrate our fifth year in business in August!
