Grilled chicken with lemongrass, ginger, purple sweet potato, mustard greens, curry leaf, and our Lemongrass Peanut Sauce.

We change our five-course menu every four weeks, and this one is available through Saturday, July 11. A new menu arrives July 15.

What a great night!

After an unforgettable evening at North Block in Yountville, Chef Phillip joined us at Azalina’s for another night of cooking together. Bringing Hawaiian influences together with the bold, layered flavors of Malaysian cuisine made for a menu we’ll be talking about for a long time.

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us at the table and made the night feel so alive. These are the kinds of evenings that remind us why we love what we do. ❤️🍽️

Cucur Jagung, one of the first bites on our current tasting menu.

A Nyonya corn fritter made with Brentwood corn, black sesame, allspice, cotija, and our Sweet Chili Sambal, the same sauce we use in the restaurant and make for home kitchens.

Fresh-pressed sugarcane and butterfly pea flower, poured over ice and finished with lime.

A curry soup topped with trout roe, crispy aromatics, and herbs.

And our Chicken Brochette, inspired by the Malay satay tradition, with lemongrass, peanuts, ginger, purple sweet potato, mustard greens, and curry leaf.
