Montesacro SoMa Benvenuti! Montesacro is an authentic Italian eatery deeply rooted in seasonal Roman cooking All pinsas are named after Roman suburbs.

Pinsa is a Roman style pizza made from all GMO-free soy, rice and wheat flours (gluten diet friendly). We pay an homage to these lesser known working class and student neighborhoods and their authentic restaurants and trattorie where locals eat, reflecting a view of the real food scene of Rome.
