Nopa Gather is back this Sunday 💛

Rain or shine, join us from 10–2 for a sip, a snack, and a shop at our monthly outdoor market.

Our pastry team is baking up signature sweet treats, warm drinks will keep you cozy, and six local artisans will be popping up in our parklet with handmade treasures perfect for gifting to someone you love.

For nearly 20 years, our burger has been our top seller. What may not be obvious is the amount of care and craft that goes into each one that we make. ⁠

Each day we grind grass-fed/grain-finished sustainably & humanely raised Stemple Creek chuck. We form each 1/2 lb patty by hand with a custom burger ring. We season the patties and grill our burgers over almond wood. Our pastry team bakes fresh brioche buns from scratch. We pickle our own onions and whip seasonal aïoli. ⁠

For our french fries we use whole Kennebec potatoes, which we hand cut, blanch, then fry à la minute in rice bran oil every time a burger is ordered. The finished plate has organic little gems, or a similar locally grown lettuce. You also are able to add on bacon that we smoke ourselves in-house.

Before service, every day, we grill two burgers and cut them into pieces to quality check before guests enter our front door. ⁠

It is a labor of love and a Nopa classic for a reason. Come try one today!

Pre-order a box of 4 classic Nopa cinnamon rolls for pick up this Sunday 10 am - 2 pm (link is in our bio).

Or if you’re feeling lucky, swing by on Sunday for first-come-fist served assorted pastries:

Our ideal Bar Lead has a deep understanding of cocktail culture and spirits, a proven ability to execute innovative beverage programs, and at least three years of experience in a high-volume bar. You lead calmly during busy service, see feedback as a tool for growth, and you foster a positive team culture.

You’ll support bar staffing, training, and scheduling, and work closely with Chef and our Beverage Director to develop distinctive drinks rooted in local, seasonal ingredients. Inventory, ordering, and waste reduction are part of the role, along with ongoing refinement of systems and service.

Please join us next Sunday, November 16th, from 10am to 2pm for our first Nopa Gather!

We’re hosting an outdoor market in our parklet featuring local makers and artisans, as well as Nopa holiday cookies from , and cozy winter drinks from and the Nopa bar team.

📣📣 100% of proceeds from Nopa cookies and drinks will be donated to the SF-Marin Food Bank. 📣📣

With the federal government shutdown still in effect, CalFresh & SNAP benefits remain delayed and unpredictable. Paired with rising grocery costs, the holidays ahead, and cutbacks to anti-hunger programs, more families across the Bay Area are experiencing food insecurity.

So come by next Sunday (11/16), shop work from awesome Bay Area makers, and enjoy tasty treats (boozy or not) that will help keep the our Food Bank’s shelves stocked.
