When we first got Big Bertha, she wasn’t just a truck! She was a dream on wheels. She carried our food, our flavors, our stories. She pulled up to the block, to the festivals, to the protests, to the family functions and anywhere we could feed our people and build community.

Big Bertha helped us serve plates that reminded folks of home. She held it down through long nights, early mornings, and heavy hustle. Here’s what Big Bertha is rolling with:

Her wear and tear tells the story! That’s just a little seasoning, she’s been out in these streets grinding, just like us.

Now, it’s time for her to ride with someone new.

Hoodgiving is back, and we’re bringing all the flavor to your holiday table! It’s that time to gather, celebrate, and enjoy a feast that’s as soulful as it is healthy.

Grab your feast box for either 2-4 people or 6-8 people!

Check out this year’s mouth-watering menu:
Main: 🍲 Brown Stewed Jackfruit – Tender jackfruit, carrots, white onion, celery, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and perfectly seasoned.

Sides: 🍂 Rosemary Pumpkin Cornbread Dressing – Made with pumpkin cornbread, vegan sausage, fresh rosemary, and seasoning.

🌿 Cajun Greens – Collard greens, kale, and our special Cajun spice blend.

🧀 Cajun Mac & Cheese – Creamy, baked vegan mac with a Cajun twist, topped with smoked paprika and parsley.

🥔 Truffle Mashed Potatoes with Mushroom Gravy – Creamy Idaho potatoes with vegan butter, coconut milk, and truffle, finished with a rich mushroom gravy.
