In 2007, we stumbled upon the remarkable building at 25 Lusk St.: a former 1917 meat processing facility that sparked the imagination of our crew, investors and architect Cass Calder Smith. That vision took three years to bring to life. Then, on October 16, 2010, we finally opened our doors, and what a ride it’s been ever since.
From day one, we’ve had the privilege of working with an amazing team and welcoming some truly unforgettable guests. This journey has had its twists and turns, but your support, loyalty, and belief in what we do have meant the world to us and kept us going strong.
So, to everyone who’s been part of the story, whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or just joined the ride, thank you. We couldn’t have done it without you.
