Help us make Coffee Kids Camp possible this year.

What began with 15 children now reaches more than 15,000 across Burundi, helping kids protect their families’ coffee crops while earning the school supplies they need to stay in the classroom.
We’ve raised $16,000 toward our $42,000 goal, with only a few weeks left.

Once a year, thousands of children in Burundi gather for Coffee Camp. They hunt the antestia bug that threatens the region’s coffee, and every child goes home with school supplies. Where school is free but supplies aren’t, that’s the difference between staying in class and being sent home.

Coffee Camp was created by Epaphras and grown with Long Miles Coffee Project.

This Friday, 7/24 from 9:00-12:00, we’re hosting a fun bar service at our Sunset cafe, 744 Irving St, San Francisco, with the dynamic duo of the 2026 US Barista Champion, from , & 2026 USBC second place, our very own ! Both competitors used our friend ‘s DRD Gesha from his farm La Salsa. His farm has placed top 5 at rhe Honduras Cup of Excellence for the last 5 years—& has outright won the competition two of those years! This coffee is a stunner with the clarity, complexity, & vibrance La Salsa showcases year after year.

No tickets or sign up are required! This will be a service off our second machine at our Irving cafe. You will get a chance to enjoy Jason & Jak’s competition coffees as espressos, taste their competition milk beverages—or experience both in tandem through the litmus of a one & one. We’re diving deeper in our friendships in Burundi and you’re a part of it!

We are helping organize the building of three (!!!) clean water wells around Bumba Hill for famers who have to travel long distances just to fill their jugs and walk them back home.

Our baristas are all in and want you to join us! All you have to do is buy Bumba coffee and we’ll send 100% of the sales to the well projects with our goal of $25,000 to provide clean water for thousands of families.

We’re almost there and you can help us get to the finish line with just over $6,000 to go!
