**Job Opportunity**
Please pass along to any of your friends and assistants...Sweet Lauren Cakes is looking for a part-time to possibly full time (25-30 hours week starting) admin/office manager/sales manager. This position has direct contact with our customers, answering phones, emails, keeping track of orders, scheduling, attending tastings, working with brides and other clients to create the perfect design-it is a very ADMIN heavy position- you must be excellent at organization and project management. Activities include: answering phones/emails, creating invoices, ordering supplies, billing, managing a schedule and calendar, creating order sheets, creating and sending shipments, sourcing design materials and ordering as well as all order related upkeep, invoicing, and inventory. You will be working with Quickbooks, excel, word, and few others. The position is approximately 9-5:30 with a few hours over the weekend here and there during wedding season.
We need someone that can work in an incredibly fast paced and dynamic environment, provide over the top customer service, oozes organization, has an artistic eye, and cares about the hospitality and events industry. You must be able to multi-task QUICKLY and again, be super organized.
