🚨 FAN FAV ALERT 🚨

Your fall fling is BACK. Pumpkin Galette has returned, and she brought the Pumpkin Spice Sundae TOOOOOOO. 🎃🍨

Anything but basic, our take on everyone’s favorite holiday flavor starts with a deluxe spiced pumpkin ice cream base made with pure pumpkin caramel, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves. Then we swirl in housemade tart pieces and extra-rich brown butter cream caramel.

Yes, she’s high maintenance. Yes, she’s worth it.

Come get your pumpkin fix. Sweater weather is optional. Making inappropriate noises over your sundae is understandable.

Our iconic Brown Butter ice cream (often imitated, NEVER duplicated) is getting a few new variations this fall and winter, and first up:

🍿 BROWN BUTTER POPCORN BALL 🍿

House-made brown butter blended into a brown sugar + apple c***r vinegar ice cream base, swirled with house-made popcorn brittle made with caramelized sugar and popped popcorn.

Brown Butter. Caramelized popcorn. Basically the county fair got a glow-up.
