Chefs' Night Off

Chefs' Night Off Chefs Sarah and Evan Rich will be doing a pop-up dinner at Coi restaurant in San Francisco on November 14th.

This dinner will feature pastry chef Bill Corbett of Absinthe Brasserie. Sarah was a sous chef at Michael Mina, and Evan was most recently chef de cuisine for Daniel Patterson at Coi and chef de cuisine for Michael Tusk at Quince before that. Bill is the former pastry chef of Michael Mina and Coi. The pop-up dinner will consist of a 4-course dinner, priced at $55 (wines will be offered for extra.)

People can make reservations by calling Coi at 415-393-9000 or through OpenTable on the Coi website (http://www.opentable.com/coi)

The tentative menu is below:

Small bite to start
Giant clam, celery, apple, passion fruit
Garlic soup, wild greens, egg, sourdough stuffing
Pork pieces, brown butter, sage, butternut squash
