It’s difficult to articulate just how special it is for us to be awarded two Michelin stars only two years after opening. The hard work, attention to detail, late nights, early mornings, and everything in between contribute to what makes Kiln so personal to us - and, we hope, to you as well.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our guests for their support, to our purveyors, and to our dedicated team, whose hard work and commitment make honors like this possible. Kiln is not run solely by John and Julianna; it is the shared creation of many, and the result of all of us working together to accomplish this milestone.
As we still feel we’re just beginning to find our footing, we will not rest on our laurels but will continue to push forward with humility, intention and pride, and look toward the future of Kiln.
