Doing some R&D for We just tapped a keg of Hinomaru Red Pepper Ale, it’s brewed using KAneko Golden malted barley & Japanese fresh hops. After fermentation fresh Fukuremikan (DaiDai) juice and peel are added along with fresh Sansho pepper. It’s a citrusy, spicy, and slightly numbing delicious experience, but at the same time totally refreshing!! Thank you Graham & Chef Nori for giving us the tour!
