Our second summer winemaker dinner is coming up on June 22, and we’re thrilled to welcome of to Dalida.
Cole has been making brilliant, fresh wines from Santa Cruz since 2016, with a background rooted in organic farming, edible landscaping, and seed saving.
We’ll begin with canapés on the patio and a toast to the summer solstice, then move into the dining room for an intimate 5-course menu paired with special bottlings from Cole’s cellar.
