Our second summer winemaker dinner is coming up on June 22, and we’re thrilled to welcome of to Dalida.

Cole has been making brilliant, fresh wines from Santa Cruz since 2016, with a background rooted in organic farming, edible landscaping, and seed saving.

We’ll begin with canapés on the patio and a toast to the summer solstice, then move into the dining room for an intimate 5-course menu paired with special bottlings from Cole’s cellar.

It’s Lady Gaga’s birthday, so naturally, our Wine Director is celebrating with a bottle that matches her energy: unexpected, a little defiant, and completely its own thing. ‘The Mentor’ 2023 is a field blend of Frontenac Noir and St. Croix, both cold-climate hybrids grown at 6,500 feet in Nevada’s Carson Range, on granite soils that give the wine a mineral edge. These are grapes bred to thrive where traditional varieties won’t. Gaga would understand.

On Monday, May 18th, we’re honored to welcome Steve & Jill Matthiasson to Dalida for an intimate evening dedicated to their wines. Steve, a six-time James Beard Award nominee, and Jill are among the most respected voices in California winemaking—known for thoughtful farming, restrained, site-driven wines, and a hands-on approach from vineyard to bottle.

The night begins on the patio at 6:30 pm, followed by a five-course dinner in the main dining room, each course paired with . This dinner marks the first of a three-part summer series, with additional winemakers joining us in June and July. Reserve your seat via Eventbrite at the link in our bio.

Gorgeous cocktail by our Bar Director extraordinaire !

Unexpectedly, modern Turkish great, Dalida SF, serves one of the best espresso "martinis" I've ever tasted, from bar manager Evan Williams. It's laced with amaro, dusted in chocolate and served in an espresso cup set.
