Step back in time with the Tommy's Joynt building, a piece of San Francisco history dating back to the 1890s. It’s one of the few remaining structures from that era in the city.

📸 Pic 1: Captured in 1907, just months after the earthquake. It’s the square-topped building, third from the left.
📸 Pic 2: My oldest photo of Tommy's Joynt, circa 1950, before it was painted its iconic red.
📸 Pic 3: In 1958, the building underwent major changes, the removal of its top floors during the Urban Renewal projects that reshaped the Fillmore District.

We cook 2200lbs of turkey 750lbs of stuffing, 250lbs of yams, and we turn 900 lbs of potatoes into mash by hand. Everything is fresh, we have a huge pot of gravy constantly going. Wish us luck.
