A true taste of Thai home-style flavors.
Our highlight is Jaew B**g — a rich, smoky dip made from fermented fish and a blend of Thai herbs, roasted and pounded to perfection. Served alongside dried beef, boiled eggs, and fresh seasonal vegetables.

Next, our fresh fish sauce–marinated scallops, paired with spicy seafood dipping sauce and crisp cucumber & melon for a refreshing balance.

And to complete the experience — our signature drink: Pineapple Chili Sparkle. Inspired by Thailand’s favorite summer fruit snack, where sweet pineapple meets chili salt for that perfect sweet–spicy kick.

Our Chef was born and raised in Northern Thailand, where Gaeng Hung Lay wasn’t just a dish—it was a childhood staple. Growing up surrounded by these flavors, the Chef brings a deep, personal connection to every bowl we serve.
Influenced by our neighbors in Myanmar, this curry is a complex symphony of spices. We hand-blend our paste using long pepper, nutmeg, cloves, fennel, and Thai cardamom. The soul of the dish lies in the slow-simmered richness, balanced by the bright tang of pickled garlic and julienned young ginger.
We serve it concentrated and bold—the perfect companion for a warm of jasmine rice. Come experience a piece of the North.
