The Carmela: Expect more than just the classic Caesar. With chopped kale & romaine, green olives, red bell peppers & red cabbage, all tossed in a housemade Caesar dressing. But what makes it truly special is Chef’s medley of black sesame seeds, espelette pepper, parsley, lemon pepper pepitas, lemon pepper sunflower seeds & nutritional yeast to be dusted on top. It’s one of the dishes this season we’re most excited for you to try.
