• The first box is the Honmaguru Donburi with negi toro, fatty blue fin tuna and lean tuna. ⁣
• The second box, called “Treasure Box”, has uni, negi toro, unagi, and ikura 🔥 what I love about this place besides their amazingly fresh fish is their rice. The rice is flavorful and unique because it’s mixed with chopped mushroom and pickled yellow radish. Even the rice is so so good!! “⁣

Arabashiri Kimoto Kimoto Nama Genshu from Mie Prefecture. 10% milled; A robust sake with a long, yet delicate, finish. Delicious cold or room temperature. Brewery is owned by Japan’s first female Toji (master brewer)- even more of a reason to enjoy this sake! ⁣
