An update on our $2 martinis! We have been overwhelmed with the new support in recent weeks and we’re thrilled to welcome so many new people to the Street family! That being said, we did not anticipate quite how many people would discover our lovely restaurant when we began this promotion and as a small business we are doing everything we can to welcome our new clientele! We also want to maintain the Street that our regulars have come to know and love over 26 years. For this reason, we are changing our promotion to a $5 martini happy hour with a limit of 2 drinks per person starting September 1st! We appreciate your patience and we look forward to seeing you again!

John Lamkin
Owner, designer (plumber/electrician) and chef of Street was all about meat. He was prolific in the fineries of stock and sauces, desserts, pastas, relishes and salads. He also made tremendous biscuits and breads. But meat and sausage making were his passion. His email handle was “pigbutter”!
His wife, desperately seeking a pulled pork sandwich in the city and finding none comparable decided to recreate his... It’s back!
Dry rubbed, slow smoked, lovingly hand pulled pork, on a bed of coleslaw with a focaccia bun, adorned with house-made barbecue sauce.
For us, it’s not Father’s Day without pulled pork!

Happy Cinco de Mayo! 🇲🇽 This year, we’re serving up Carlos’ chili verde with black beans, rice, housemade tortilla chips & avocado. Service starts at 5pm, come get it before it’s gone!

Summer’s almost over but not for us! We’re still serving our farmers market organic dry farmed heirloom tomatoes with fresh goat cheese and pesto! Come by and get ‘em while they’re still here!

I knew St. Patrick. He was a friend of mine. And when I told him about my plate with slow-cooked corned beef, house made corned beef sausage, mashers, carrots, Brussels sprouts and john’s spicy mustard, all for only 26 bucks, he was like, you gotta be f*cking kidding me! Come by tonight!

Where else are you going to find an organic fried chicken plate like this for $20 in San Francisco?
