GUEST OF THE MONTH: STERLING 🥂✨

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. For our August Guest of the Month, we’re handing the mic over to Sterling, who captured the magic of an evening at The Cavalier — in both words and photos:

“Style aside, I find The Cavalier to be an absolutely civilized place in a wildly chaotic world; and I truly love coming here for quiet reflection and indulgence. Self care and self love matter, and you can focus on both for a well invested hour or two.
For me, the best time to come is early evening, and I’ll simply settle into one of the leather banquettes, as the skies outside darken and our beloved city shifts into night mode. The restaurant does offer distinct seating zones, but whether I’m having dinner or drinks or both, I always feel happiest sitting at the first round, white marble table in the Blue Bar, closest to the tall arched window facing the street.
During this particular visit I ordered hamachi crudo (two servings, because it was so incredible!) and red wine. I was on a solo date and enjoyed reading a book I had just bought while staring out the window as night time slowly descended on San Francisco.
Whether you come to The Cavalier alone or with others, I strongly suggest that you expend a bit of effort to dress nicely because looking good and feeling great will only heighten the overall vibe.
I am attaching a few photos to show you the theatrical, candle lit ambience that lives so naturally at The Cavalier. If you look at these photos and can feel what I’m talking about, please treat this as a sign to get yourself over to The Cavalier.
A visit there will have you feeling refreshed and restored!”
