Hi there,

Yesterday this man was found lying at the side of Precita Ave. near Alabama. He speaks only Spanish. He said a car had hit him. He could not remember his name, phone number or address or what year it is. He said his brother is Jose Martinez. He said he (not sure if he meant his brother or he himself) lives in El Triunfo. He was carrying no ID but he had about $200 in his pockets as well as some toy trucks. Neighbors on the block could not identify him.

He was able to stand and walk a little but reported pain in his legs and had scratches on his left arm. Paramedics checked him out and took him to the hospital. The officer who responded is called Hodge (badge 4371) and the case number is 260107828.
