Introducing Clos Canarelli’s “Alta Rocco” another amazing addition to our line up!

Produced in Corsica 🏝️ from Sciaccarellu (a native variety) this wine has soft tannins, medium body, and bright but balanced acid. It exudes notes of fresh red berries, white pepper, and hold herbs! It pairs well most Mediterranean cuisines and is the perfect match for our food.

We have a local cured Halibut tartare on a bed of tzatziki and topped with crispy capers.

For wine we have a pairing of Antonelli San Marcos’s Trebbiano Spolentino. It is bright and lively with citrus, mineral, and subtle apricot notes. A perfect combination!
