Some moments of market exploration in Thailand! 🇹🇭 Our owner David recently traveled to the Northern part of the country and enjoyed all the food he ate along the way. As the owner of a family-owned business himself, David loved seeing and supporting all these small family food businesses. In our industry we do what we do simply because we love making people happy, feeding them good food, and sharing in their enjoyment. David was inspired seeing these same principles in action with all the wonderful food business owners in Thailand.

We want to introduce you to our wonderful Chef de Cuisine, Elliot Johnson. Elliot has been with Betty Zlatchin for 20 years, but prior to that he worked all over the world opening restaurants with Michelin-starred chef George Morrone. Every year he spends a full month traveling somewhere off the beaten path and he brings his global inspiration into the food he creates for us. He especially loves Persian, Chinese, and European cuisine. A Hunter’s Point native, he is also an icon in the SF rollerskating world - if you’re lucky you’ll catch him at Golden Gate Park or when he’s not working 🛼

Paella appreciation post! We love when our clients choose paella for their events. It creates an extra special, interactive experience for the guests because the meal is cooked right in front of them, and it gives the event a cozy, family-style feeling. ❤️

If you’re looking for some v-day dessert inspiration today, we love these special chocolate covered strawberries from our pastry team. They’re hand-dipped in Valrhona Dark Chocolate from France and finished with gold leaf 🍓✨

For their wedding, Eric & Peri dreamed of an espresso martini speakeasy. Guests knocked, shared the password, and watched their drink appear through a hidden window. We even sourced the couple’s favorite espresso to make it truly special and true to their vision. We love creating magic for you ☕🍸✨
