Happy Saturday! We love being a part of the community of chefs in the Bay Area that roam in between genres of cuisine, finding unexpected yet honest ways to present an idea onto a dish. Our Egg Puff was inspired by izakaya, featuring a Japanese Yam fritter, with a crispy golden crust & chewy center, soft runny egg and yuzu aioli. Vegetarian version is available upon request.

Since cara cara oranges are out of season, we changed our rib set to a Tamarind Glazed Spare Rib, with shredded crab 🦀, lemongrass and makrut lime 🍃. They’re flash fried for a light crispy crust and tender succulent meat underneath. We’re excited for you to try!

New dish this weekend: Chili Crab Curry Noodles. We want to celebrate our last weekend with an inspired Singaporean dish with Thai curry and chewy ramen noodles. It’s everything we love in a noodle bowl: spicy, crunchy, bright, with nuggets of dungeoness crab. Limited 20 orders. With so many relying on takeout during the pandemic, we .junction decided to use 100% plant-based compostable packaging to reduce the use of single-use plastic. Imagine hundreds of boxes and utensils dissolving into the ground rather than incinerated into the air. Individuals are not powerless to climate change, we can start by changing the way we consume. Please reduce the utensils you use and dispose of them in their proper place. We .junction and your planet humbly thank you for it. ❤️🌎🌍🌏❤️ 📸:
