With the weekend right around the corner we wanted to introduce you folks to our three latest additions to our Sake menu.

From left to right we have the Snow Angel which is a classic Nigori (Cloudy) sake that smells like Lily’s and Cantaloupe and tastes as good as it looks!

In the middle is our first “Sake Juice Box” addition, Lucky Dog Sake. That’s right, complete with a straw on the back for easy sipping, The Lucky Dog is a Junmai Genshu which is more of your clean, savory, smooth and supple style.

Lastly, we have Kamitakas ‘The Hawk Label’, the first Sake we’ll be pouring by the Glass here at the Tail. A Ginjo style Sake, The Hawk is robust but smooth with clean crystal minerallity. All available for here or to go, come on by and see why we got Sake on the Mind!

We talk a lot about our w**e here, and for good reason. However, before we opened Red Tail, our founders worked for over a decade specifically in the Craft B**r industry in damn near every capacity you could imagine without having to clean a fermentation tank.

That being said, you may notice our L***r line is poured a little differently than the rest, and that’s because we like to sneak in our nerdy tendencies.

You see, although our b**rs are constantly rotating, you can always be assured that our L***r will be served the Czech way, in a 20oz mug, off a goose-neck handle, poured slow, and to perfection. Is it unnecessary? Absolutely.

Would we have it any other way? F**k no.

Come on by, slam some L***r, and see why we’re gonna make you wait an extra 5 seconds for your b**r to be just right. If you need something to kill that time, crush a Berg!
