Meet the Hrenotini. 🫒🍸

A dirty martini that went east and came back with a little attitude.

Our Hrenotini starts with Hrenovuha, a horseradish nastoyka with a sharp, savory kick, then gets properly dirty with olive juice, celery bitters and olive bitters.

Briny. Herbal. A little spicy. Definitely not shy.

It’s familiar enough for the martini drinker, bold enough for DACHA, and exactly the kind of cocktail that makes you wonder why horseradish wasn’t invited to happy hour sooner.

Go ahead. Make a beautiful mess.

Our Rustique Benedict layers smoked salmon, avocado, Eastern European pickles, and a poached egg over a crisp potato lattice, finished with tangy horseradish cream. That first cut deserves a close-up.

Saturday’s Brunch Affair has DJ Playstation on the decks. Sunday calls for a slow start, another round, and absolutely no rush to hand back the table.

We’re supporting Sails of Freedom’s $20,000 goal to purchase and personally deliver three handheld ultrasound devices to medics and evacuation teams in Ukraine. Equipment that can help them assess injuries and make critical decisions when time matters most.

The borsch will be hot. The beats will be loud. And this month, the reason for gathering runs deeper.

This Friday, August 28, Borsch & Beats becomes the launch night for Seconds Matter, a focused fundraising campaign created by Sails of Freedom and supported by DACHA.

Together, we’re working to raise $20,000 to purchase three handheld ultrasound devices and personally deliver them to medics and evacuation teams in Ukraine. These compact devices can dramatically reduce triage time, helping medical teams assess injuries and make critical decisions faster in the field.

Dinner begins with borsch, Code 369 takes over the music, and our community comes together for something tangible: real medical equipment, delivered directly to the people who need it.

We don’t blame you if you’ve never heard of nastoyka.

Born from an Eastern European tradition of steeping fruits, berries, herbs and roots in vodka, nastoykas were made at home, shared around the table and flavored with whatever the season provided.

At DACHA, we keep the tradition going with house-made infusions like Black Currant, Sea Buckthorn, Cranberry, Horseradish, Dill, Garlic and more.

Not knowing about nastoyka? Forgivable. Knowing and still not ordering a flight? That’s on you.
