Dan’s history with Colombia’s Monserrate region dates back to 2011. Over the years, Bird & Bear has had the chance to work with multiple growers and coffees from the region. 🇨🇴

Our newest Select offering, Colombia Jose Yoja Museo, took first place in this year’s “Lo Mejor de Monserrate” cupping competition. 🏆

It’s a washed-process light roast with a smooth, creamy body and notes of milk chocolate and cherry sweetness.

Brew it as a pour-over, or however you like it best—first place tastes pretty good any way you brew it. 😉☕
