🎃👻The spooky season is here, check out our newest Halloween Combo!

This combo includes our pumpkin cheese mini box, a cake box filled with strong, deep pumpkin flavors paired with light, sweet undertones of vanilla and cheese cream. It consists of layers of a moist pumpkin chiffon cake and a hand-crafted pumpkin paste filling, and topped off with dollops of our cream cheese vanilla chantilly cream and handcrafted pumpkin cream.

Second, following the theme of the seasonal pumpkin flavor, is our pumpkin cheesecake croissant. 🥐It is made with a carefully crafted, rich pumpkin cheesecake filling which is placed inside of a box-shaped butter croissant, topped off with sugar powder. This dessert is full of perfect synergies - the creamy, smooth feeling of the pumpkin cheesecake cream contrasts beautifully with the flaky, crunchy texture of the butter croissant.

Last but certainly not least, we included the Blood Type 0&, a seasonal special by ZERO&. This new drink is nothing like they've done before; a perfect embodiment of the Halloween spirit, with a blood-red color and a container specially modeled after an IV bag. Although this drink’s appearance may seem like the star of the show, the actual drink is deliciously fresh and fruity, made with a blend of fresh watermelon and strawberry, along with premium jasmine green tea.

This drink is perfect for a cool October night, both as a fruity refresher and as a fun curio to keep you in the Halloween spirit! 📣Announcement 📣As many of you might have known, Hanabi has been mainly operating as a cloud kitchen and we only offered online preorder and pickup around the Bay Area. So far, we have served our desserts and bakery product at ZERO& stores, but we keep getting requests from customers to open our own bakery locations. After careful consideration, we are so excited to finally open our cloud kitchen at Newark as our first ever offline location for walk-in purchases. ☺️We will have a bigger menu selection, aka more product offerings at this location, including cream cakes and mousse cakes, which usually requires pre-ordering. 🎂That being said we can't wait to serve fresh handcrafted desserts, bakery goods and ZERO& handcrafted fruit tea here at our new location, we hope to see you soon!💕

At its base is a keto almond sponge cake, which is then layered with 0 calorie low-sugar sea salt buttercream. And to finish it off, toasted almond slices are sprinkled on top of the cake. This cake is full of rich nutty flavors with moist, soft textures from the cake, a creamy feel from the buttercream, and finally, an added crunch from the toasted almond slices. We’re excited to come out with our very special Keto Almond Mini Box! Now, before we describe the cake, what is keto? “Keto” is short for a ketogenic diet, which is basically a low-carb, high-fat diet.
